Nine mile private railway located in Derbyshire. No requirement to hold a PTS card allowing assessments and testing to be carried out by non-railway personnel. Features include an internet enabled training room and self contained on-train meeting facilities. The line has several access points while the main Road Rail Access Point and principal facilities are located at Wirksworth. The track includes both bull head and flat-bottom rail and a half mile section that contains a gradient of 1:27. The line speed is 25mph and the maximum axle weight is 25 tonnes. There is a section of bridge guard rail and steeply canted track. .
