The School of Engineering and Materials Science at QMUL has a variety of labs and workshops within the Division of Materials Engineering.

Capability – Systems

Lightweight and smart materials; nanofluids; body, windows, biological tissue, components, surfaces and structures

Capability – Testing

Laser scanning confocal microscopy; morphology; mechanical testing; flow and heat transfer; spectroscopy; thermal analysis; engineering manufacture.
