Capability Statement
In order to develop new research and studies related to the interaction between high-speed rolling stock and infrastructure, ADIF has specially equipped facilities for the execution of these activities. It is a small building near the railway line, which makes it especially suitable for the development of these analyses.
Capability – Systems
This laboratory consists mainly of a technical building 15 meters from the platform.; It is located at kilometre 69 of the 050 line (High Speed Line Limit TP-Ferro / Madrid Atocha). At that point, trains currently reach a sustained speed of 300 km / h. For controlled trials, that speed can be increased.
